Potomac, MD Engagement Photo Session Along the C & O Canal | Maryland Wedding Photographer
Mairead and Brian are such a laid-back couple, and I loved spending part of my Mother’s Day weekend with them for their Potomac, MD engagement session! After about a week of non-stop rain, the clouds opened and the sun came out, and I was SO thankful for that!
A mutual friend of ours, Megan, connected us last year, and I am SO glad that she did because Mairead and Brian are such a wonderful pair, and I am just so honored to be a part of their love story! They booked me a while back, and I remember thinking when we initially Skyped to “meet” one another that this couple was going to be really fun to spend time with! And they so have been! I am really looking forward to their big day in June; I can’t wait to watch their first dance together as husband and wife, to witness their exchanging of rings, to dance alongside them at the reception, and to just have the opportunity to document one of the most special and important times in their lives! What a complete blessing it is to do what I do, and I know this couple has a love that will last!
These two currently live in Massachusetts, but with the amount of family located in Maryland, they decided to have their wedding in Baltimore. These two will say their “I do’s” at Saint Ignatius Church, and then they will dance the night away at the Maryland Club in the Mt. Vernon area! I am so excited to see Mairead as a bride. I know she will look just GORGEOUS, and Brian is going to be absolutely blown away!
Enjoy some favorites from their Potomac, MD engagement session this month!
A few of my absolute favs….I love the way the sunshine hits them!
Okay…serious hair goals, ladies! I just love her beautiful, long locks!
I can’t even begin to explain how many bugs we had to fight off during their session, but it was so incredibly worth it for all of this beautiful light!
Seriously…aren’t they just adorable?!
You can FEEL the love between Mairead and Brian! These two were meant for each other!
Oh that ring!!! Isn’t it beautiful?! I love the oval cut!
A little bling with my favorite blush silk ribbon from Adorn! Cue all of the heart eyes!
The Lockhouse 22 area along the C & O Canal is just beautiful with the river flowing right through!
Again….are they not SO adorable?!
We certainly had some fun with these last shots! We had a blast, and I cannot wait for their wedding next month!!!
