Some Exciting News: My First Magazine Feature!
One of my big business goals for 2016 was to have my photography featured somewhere in print, like in a magazine! I was so excited when I received the email from the editor of Beauty and Lifestyle Mommy magazine that Megan’s maternity session at Manassas Battlefield in Manassas, VA was accepted for PRINT publication!!! I jumped for joy at the thought of my work being highlighted in a magazine for families and mamas-to-be, and I just feel so honored to have my photographs of Megan with her sweet family featured alongside some amazing art!
I have had a few lifestyle newborn sessions published on Beauty and Lifestyle Mommy’s online blog, but it was just an amazing feeling to get that email that something of mine was going to be PRINTED out on something! I am so grateful! This was one of my favorite lifestyle sessions ever because Megan is a sweet friend of mine AND I loved that she wore a beautiful blush pink dress that highlighted her sweet bump so perfectly, and she and her girls each had flower crowns! I remember that day so well too; the weather was perfect, the light was wonderful, and we created some priceless memories that day!
And a huge “Thank you!” goes out to Megan, too! I wouldn’t even be blogging about this today if it weren’t for you!!!
