Tuesdays Together Styled Dinner at 48 Fields Farm in Leesburg, VA | Virginia Wedding and Portrait Photographer

After weeks and weeks of planning, our local Tuesdays Together group had a super fun event at 48 Fields Farm in Leesburg, VA! Over 50 members of the Rising Tide Society local Leesburg chapter joined us for an organic/natural/local farm-to-table, gourmet experience, catered by Hidden Julles Cafe. We had three rows of farm tables, decorated by three different and amazingly talented florists, who each got a chance to fuel their own creativity and create something stylistically unique and beautiful!

This entire event could not have been possible without Rachel, my co-captain. Rachel is the owner of The One Moment Events and is my hero! She worked tirelessly with me to ensure that we put on a spectacular evening for our attendees!

Before dinner began, we greeted our attendees with champagne and invited them into the mingle, chat with one another, and take photos of the beautifully designed and styled tablescapes! We also set up a sweet little photo booth, complete with a DIY paper flower back drop that Rachel put together! It turned out beautifully, and people had so much taking selfies and photographs of each other in front of it! Faccia Fresca Vintage provided the beautiful pink vintage couch for the photo-booth area, as well as various other pieces of furniture that seriously stepped up the design game for us!!!

We just loved this beautiful and simple invitation design provided by Caitlin Creative Works! We met last year at the Creative at Heart Conference in Roanoke, VA, and I was so thankful she reached out to me in the early planning stages of this styled dinner and offered her help and support! Caitlin also created matching name cards for each of our attendees to welcome them at their seats!

Kari with Lark Florals designed the very beautiful first table you see here! I love how she mixed lush greens with pops of pink!

We love Kari! Thank you SO much for your hard work and sharing your amazing talent with all of us!!!

Julie with Beaumont House Design absolutely FLOORED us with her Pottershed-themed tablescape and florals! There were so many fun and beautifully styled details, and I could have photographed her table for hours!

Julie is also sweet as pie, and I just love working with her!

Lindsay with Shrimp Salad Circus hand-lettered and painted our beautiful welcome/table sign, as well as the vendor sign we had up! 

Genevieve with La Fleur Du Jour…oh man y’all…she is the real deal! She showed up with these absolutely GORGEOUS floral centerpieces, and I love that she mixed pinks, oranges, and those lovely dogwoods! Layers and layers of white candles gave her table design such a romantic feel!

Kelly, we could not have done any of this without you! Thank you SO much for working so hard to get your beautiful space ready and looking so beautiful for our event! We are so touched that you invited over 50 of us into your gorgeous location! 

Lauren with Lauren Heim Studio graciously provided this custom, hand-lettered, laser-cut gold cake topper for the event! I just LOVE how it turned out, and Lauren is such a sweetheart! She has made signs for me in the past, and I just can’t rave about her enough!

Evan with Sweet by e absolutely nailed this semi-naked cake! I have this thing for naked cakes, and I’ll tell ya….this has got to be my FAVORITE one yet! Not only was it stunning, but it was so delicious too!

We were so excited and thrilled to raffle off one amazing gift basket to a lucky winner who attended the styled dinner! We packed it full of local Loudoun County, VA items, as well as Rising Tide-specific ones as well! We are so happy that Sandy won the basket and is enjoying her goodies so much!

I mean….stunning right?! Florals, a vintage cart, candles, light and airy, romantic details, and this beautifully lettered vendor sign….one of my favorite parts of the entire event!

I was BLESSED to be seated at Julie’s table! Seriously so fun and so many wonderful little details to admire!

Julie with Noshy provided delicious little cookie favors for each of our guests! Thank you so much Julie! She can be found at The Boutique Bakeshop (along with Evan!) in Herndon, VA!

As I mentioned before, without this girl right here, this would not have happened, let alone come out as beautifully as it did! Having an incredibly organized and on-top-of-things person with you every step of the way is ABSOLUTELY crucial! And she has become such an amazing friend and wonderful light in my life! I LOVE HER! Thank you so much for everything Rachel!!!

Now…on to the food! We were served a four-course farm to table, completely natural/organic/local meal. The presentation was fun, beautiful, and everything was SO delicious! I even salivated over the mushrooms and mushroom soup, and I’m not even usually a mushroom fan! The food was THAT good!

Here is the menu because I’m not even going to pretend like I’m a foodie and could eloquently describe the magic we experienced!

And our amazing serving and catering staff from Hidden Julles Cafe! Chef Aaron is a foodie genius, y’all! If you’re ever in Haymarket, please stop by the cafe! You will not regret it!

I am so incredibly pleased with how everything turned out, and I have received endless love from those who were in attendance! I am so glad that everyone enjoyed what we put together, and it was just a beautiful thing to watch so many creatives come together in support of community over competition to create MAGIC! Thank you again to each and every one who contributed and supported us! Y’all are amazing!
